On Friday, July 31, 2026, Billie Dean (Alford) Wilson – mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother, passed away at the age of 97.
Billie was born to the late Marshall and Emma Alford on July 12, 1929, in Houston, AL.
Billie is survived by her bother Buddy Alford of Houston, sister Brenda Martin of Houston, and two children: Glenn and Debbie Wilson, both of Houston. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Bill and Marshall Smith, and Shawn and Shane Wilson. Bille was also blessed with five great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Wallace Wilson and daughter Cecelia Wallene Bryant.
The Viewing will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Houston Baptist Church, in Houston, AL. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Houston Baptist with burial immediately following at the Houston Baptist Cemetery.
