Looney’s Cultural Center in Double Springs has announced it will receive an $875,000 grant from the Alabama State Legislature. The grant will be used to renovate the main outdoor amphitheater and other smaller projects.
The Winston County Arts Council has been working to restore the facility since they purchased the property nearly four years ago.
