Jeannie Sherree Bonds age 53 of Dora, AL passed away June 12, 2026 at Princeton Baptist Health.
Jeannie was outgoing, fun loving, and overall full of life! She was always known as caring and generous. Jeannie had a passion for art, especially painting. Her family was her life. She was gifted to this world on February 12 1973 to Brenda Diana Johnson and Othell Lewis. Jeannie was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a protective sister. Her passion for family was infectious, kindling the light of everyone. She was the arms everyone ran to for comfort and the glue that brought us together. Jeannie found beauty in everything, choosing to share that beauty thru art. Her outgoing, fun loving spirit will be missed every single day.
Visitation will be Monday June 15, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, Alabama, where the services will be held Tuesday June 16, 2026 at 12:00 noon with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Double Springs, Alabama.
Jeannie is survived by her husband, Dennis Bonds; sons, Daniel Tyler Johnson (Desiree Phoenix Robbins) and Dennis Craig Bonds; granddaughter, Addison Riley Johnson; mother, Brenda Bonds; father, Othell Lewis Johnson; stepfather, William Dale Bonds; brothers, Jessie Eugene Johnson, Keith David Johnson, and Micheal Bonds; and a host of nieces and nephews.
