Cherry A. Pearson, age 71, of Haleyville passed away May 17, 2026, at Lakeland Community Hospital. She was born January 3, 1955 to Roy and Margaret Pearson in Orlando, Florida.
Visitation will be Thursday May 21, 2026, from noon until 1:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where the service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Brother Alvis Treece will officiate. Burial will be at Littleville Cemetery in Haleyville.
Cherry is survived by her brother, Harold Neville; nephews, Matt (Crystal) Neville, Kevin (Tasha) Neville, Cody (Kim) Neville, Adam (Maggie) Neville, and Nathan Neville; a host of nieces and nephews; and friends, Sharon Baccus and Nelda Edwards.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Margaret Pearson; and brother, Leon Pearson.
