The Town of Brilliant is issuing a precautionary boil water advisory for all affected water customers, in effect for at least 24 hours.
Due to recent water system issues, customers are advised to boil water before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, or preparing food.
Please bring water to a full rolling boil for at least two minutes, then allow it to cool before use. Bottled water may also be used as a safe alternative.
This advisory is being issued as a precaution for the safety of their customers. They will notify the public as soon as the advisory has been lifted.
