Vander Lee Tidwell, age 80, Haleyville, AL. passed away Friday May 23, 2025 at his home.
Visitation will be Tuesday May 27, 2025 from 12:00NOON – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Jeff Brown speaking. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Charlotte Burleson Tidwell; sons, Van Kevin Tidwell (wife Cynthia) Heath Allan Tidwell (wife Connie), Chad Ashley Tidwell (wife Angela) and Jeremy Lee Tidwell (wife Ashley); grandchildren, Hayden Lee Tidwell, Abigail Kate Tidwell, Ted Mason Tidwell, Allie Brooke Tidwell, Jackson Wayne Tidwell, Hannah Beth Tidwell and Scott Marshall Tidwell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Columbus Vander Tidwell and Lillian Dennis Tidwell; brother, Kenneth Ray Tidwell; son, Byron Keith Tidwell.
