The Winston County Lodging Tax was approved by voters in today’s election, by a two-to-one margin. The collection of this revenue will begin October 1st.
In the Republican runoffs, Phil Segraves won House District 17, Keith Nichols won Marion County Commission District One and Curtis Baker won Franklin County Commission District One.
