Rebecca “Becky” Ann Davis, age 86, Haleyville, AL. passed away Thursday January 15, 2026 at her home. She worked for a number of years at The Northwest Alabamian Newspaper, belong to several clubs and organizations, those being, ARC, American Cancer Society, Chamber of Commerce, B & PW, American Legion and the Lions Club, was retired Real Estate Owner/Broker of Self Davis Realty, she was a member of Ninth Avenue Church of Christ.
Her visitation will be Sunday January 18, 2026 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Vance Hutton officiating. Burial will be in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Cyndia Montgomery, Mika Self and Bruce Self; grandchildren, Zen Self, Rowan Self, Sophia Self, Nathan Self, Jessica Self, Ryan Hunter and Lesley Knapp; great grandchildren, Revan Knapp and Story Knapp; a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Millard Murner; siblings, Mack Murner, Bertha Murner Pinkard, Edd Murner and Martha Murner Aromatorio; husband, Sidney Davis.
