Paul Wayne Sharpton, age 76 of Logan, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, January 07, 2026 at his residence surrounded by family.
He was born August 22, 1949 to Elmer and Mary Sharpton. Paul was hardworking and a family man. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed working his cattle.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where the service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Livingston Chapel Cemetery. Steve Freeman will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Sharpton, Steve Sharpton, Larry Sharpton, Brian Monk, Ben Autrey, Bryce White and Kallen Sharpton.
Paul is survived by his wife, Connie Sharpton; sons, Bobby (Rhonda) Sharpton, Steve (Julie) Sharpton, and Larry (Denise) Sharpton; step- children, Vanissa Steele, Constance (Timmy) Calvert, and David Jacobs and Mark Jacobs; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Mary Sharpton; granddaughters, Tiffany Sharpton, Harper Sharpton and McKenna Sharpton; grandsons, Jaxon Sharpton and Josh Calvert; and brothers, Wilborn Sharpton and Alton Sharpton.
