Lowell Landers, age 83, of Phil Campbell, AL. passed away Friday August 26, 2025. He was retired
from Haleyville Textile and served in the armed forces and was a member of St. Paul Missionary
Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday August 30, 2025, from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in
Haleyville, AL.
Funeral service will be held at 2 PM at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Phil Campbell with
Bro. Rickey Phifer officiating. He will lie in state from 1:00PM – 2:00PM before the service. Burial to follow in St. Paul Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda Landers; children, Melissa “Lisa” Queen (Jerry) and
Cynthia Heath (Darren); grandchildren, Tara Arnold (Chris), Clinton “Kyle” Queen, Luke Allen Queen,
and Brook Heath, great grandchildren Rebekah, David, and Elizabeth Clark., and a host of nieces
and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, NG and Mattie Landers., brothers Larry and JC, sisters
Florence Turner and Gladys Turner.
