Lloyd Carlton Tillery, age 84 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away September 22, 2025. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at New Prospect Baptist Church, Haleyville, AL. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Danny Page and Dr. Ron Horton officiating. Burial will follow in New Prospect Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lavane Tillery; children, Shelly Sealy, her husband Barry, Anthony Hood, his wife Tammy, Sheila Hood, Brent Hood, his wife Felicia, Skipper Tillery, his wife Mary Ann, Chris Hood and Lisa Allen; brothers and sisters, his twin brother, Floyd Tillery, Martha Boutwell, Patty Leland, Toby Thornton and Barry Tillery; grandchildren, Nick Sealy, Chance Hood, Alisha Collins, Kayla Hood, Tara Jones, Brittany Atkins, Beverly Tillery, Tyler Hood, Skye Cavender, Victoria Petree and Ricky Reed; 17 great grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Gertrude Tillery; brother, Calvin Tillery.
