Lesley McCollum, 33, of Phil Campbell, passed away October 15, 2025 at UAB Hospital .
Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 2:00 until 4:00 at the Hackleburg First Baptist Church. A Celebration of life will begin at 4:00.
