Judy Ann Golden, age 77, of Arley passed away May 25, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 23, 1949 to Johnny and Ethel Ragsdale in Cullman, Alabama.
Visitation will be Friday May 29,2026, at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison from noon until 2:00 p.m. where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Terrance Cleghorn will officiate.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Kristie (James Matthews) Dempsey; son, Shannon Dempsey; grandchildren, Justin (Kimmie) Jetton, Jerricka Jetton, Stephen Rowe, Casey Dempsey; great grandchildren, Patience Crews, Skyler Crews, Kendall Jetton, Annaleigha Jetton, and Cody Jetton; brother, Jerry (Joyce) Ragsdale; sister, Bonnie Cleghorn; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Ethel Ragsdale; siblings, Rubin Ragsdale, Lenoit Ragsdale, Evelyn Fields, Nelson Ragsdale, Faye Ragsdale, Tommie Cleghorn, and Avery Ragsdale; and children, Jammie Dempsey, Jerri Dempsey, and Vicki Dempsey.
