Judith Ann Welborn, age 74, of Phil Campbell, died Tuesday March 04, 2025. Visitation will be Sunday, March 09, 2025 at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville, from 2 pm to 3 pm with service following at 3pm. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell.
