Joan Bohannon Gonzalez, age 79, Houston, AL. passed away Friday September 12, 2025 at her home.
Her visitation will be held Monday September 15, 2025 from 12:00NOON – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Michael Cole officiating. Burial o follow in Pisgah Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Don Gonzalez; daughters, Rhonda (Tim) Franks and Tammie (Tom) Ivie; brother, Ronald (Joan) Walker; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Verdie Walker; husband, Kenneth Bohannon; children, Anthony Bohannon, Darrie Bohannon, Chasidy Bohannon and Neka McCreless; grandson, Jamie Franks and his family.
