Jarrod Tidwell, age 40 of Double Springs, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Lakeland Community Hospital.
Jarrod was born to Quimby Milton and Tommie Sue Tidwell on July 9, 1984. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children. Jarrod enjoyed reading scripture in his bible. He always wanted to be outside piddling with something. Jarrod loved driving his big truck and made it known that logging was his passion. No matter what above all he made sure his family was taken care of.
A visitation will be held at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, Alabama on July 3, 2025, from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. where a service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at the Antioch Cemetery in Double Springs, Alabama.
Jarrod is survived by his wife, Kesha Tidwell; sons Jonah, Jayden, and Josyah Tidwell; daughters, Kayten and Kenzlie Tidwell; mother, Tommie Sue Tidwell; mother-in-law, Darlene (Gene) Seal; brothers, Joshua Tidwell, Justin Tidwell, Jacob (Brenna) Tidwell; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughters, Kaylee and Gracie Tidwell; father, Milton Tidwell; grandparents, Tom and Jean Hocking, Earl and Bertha Tidwell; and aunt, Betty Blevins.
