Elton H. Barnett, age 84, Haleyville, AL. passed away Monday December 22, 2025 at his home.
Visitation will be held Wednesday December 24, 2025 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Graveside Service to follow at 1:30PM in Thornhill Cemetery with his grandson Lee Barnett officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Lajanice Farley Barnett; daughter, Beverly Moore; son, Michael (Jeanny) Barnett; grandson, Lee (Rebekah) Barnett; grandaughter, Jessica (Brandon) Kyles; 7 great grandchildren, Derrick, Kaylee and Ella Jane Kyles, Nicholas, Nathan, William and James Barnett; brother, Johnny (Paulette) Barnett; sisters, Kay (Jimmie) Harbin, Kathy (Gary) Gardner and Ellen Bates; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son in law, Eddie Moore; parents, Grady and Pernie Barnett; brothers, Lacy Barnett, Jimmy Barnett and Etridge Barnett.
