Doris Farris Wiley, age 92 of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She worked as an office manager/bookkeeper in the mobile home and lumber industries and was a member of Ninth Avenue Church of Christ.
Her visitation will be Saturday April 4, 2026 from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. The funeral service will be held at noon in the chapel, with Ricky McCreless officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Wiley and Debra Nobinger; grandchildren, Trae Haughton (Megan), Drew Haughton, Kate Haughton, John David Nobinger (Molly) and Brook Nobinger; great grandchildren, Boyd Haughton, Jackson Haughton and Kyleigh Haughton; sister, Jewell McCreless; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leona Catherine and Mack Williams Farris; husband, D.O. Wiley, Jr.; sisters and brothers, Mary Lee Cummings, Paralee McGough, Jean Setliff, Pearl Tittle, Melba Doris, Racie Garrett, Frank, Grady, Pervie, Bruce, Wallace and Charlie Farris.
