Deborah Hill, age 69 of the Ashridge Community, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born July 01, 1955 to Jewel and Drew Woodard. Deborah loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. In her spare time, you would find her gardening and sewing. Deborah loved going to church singings and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where a service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Winston Memorial. Brother Brian Hutcheson and Dr. Sherman Kimbrough will officiate.
Deborah was survived by her husband of 35 years, James Hill; children, Jason (Monica) Aldridge, Jennifer (Paul) Nelson, Pamela Aldridge, Lashae (Jesse) Hopson, and Tiffany (Joseph) Pruitt; sisters, Cathy Gray and Tammy Aaron; brothers, Tommy Woodard and Roger Woodard; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Drew Woodard; mother, Jewel Woodard; brother, Ricky Woodard; sisters, Sherry Sartin and Vickie Moody.
