Charles was truly one of a kind, a man of strong faith and a heart full of kindness. A devoted Christian, he faithfully attended Haleyville Freewill Baptist Church for over 40 years. He loved his family and friends deeply and lived his life with humility, integrity, and grace.
He retired from Fontaine Trailer Company after 43 years of dedicated work as a welder. Charles was an avid hunter and fisherman, proud of the many deer and fish he brought home through the years. He also loved his Alabama football, Roll Tide! He found great joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially playing Rook with his many friends at Haleyville Senior Center in his later years.
His legacy of love, faith, and laughter will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
