Carla Lynn Woods, age 53, of Hodges, Alabama, passed away on Monday, December 01, 2025, at Brookwood Medical Center. She was born in Haleyville, Alabama on August 29,1972, to Carl Taylor and Linda Edwards Taylor.
She leaves to cherish her husband, Joel Woods; son, Ethan Woods (wife, Chasity); father, Carl Taylor; mother, Linda Dempsey; granddaughter, Aubry Woods; sisters Amanda Knotts (husband, Gary), Courtney McNeil (husband, Landon); brother, Michael Duke; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents.
The visitation will be 11-1 p.m. Saturday, December 06, 2025, at Hodges Convention Church; the service will follow at 1:00 p.m. The interment at Old Line Cemetery.
Marion County Funeral Home is assisting the family.
