Billy Ray Issa, age 81, Haleyville, AL. passed away Wednesday January 28, 2026. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Grace Baptist Church.
There will be a Graveside Service on Sunday February 1, 2026 at 2:30PM at Enon Cemetery in Lynn, AL., with Bro. Ricky Thrasher officiating.
He is survived by, daughter, Rebecca Childers; sister, Robbie Scogin; partner, Pat Issa; step son, Shane Sutherland (Tonya); grandchildren, Ashley Roberts (Robby) and Ethan Sutherland; niece, Gina (Mark) Lovejoy; nephew, Bryan (Sherry) Scogin; and great nieces, Emily and Katie Lovejoy and Aleshia and Victoria Scogin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Amin Issa and Elvy Lee Issa; and brother, Freddy Issa.
