Billy Don Shaw, age 92, of Bear Creek, passed away on Tuesday, January 06, 2026, at his residence.
Billy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He spent many years working as a welder at General Motors. He loved the Lord and he loved his family. Billy and his wife, Robbie, spent a lot of time fishing before her death and he loved the chance to go fishing whenever he could.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Robbie Gentry Shaw; daughter, Cyndi Schultz; and parents, Lyndell & Ellen Ruth (Davis) Shaw.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Karen Robbins (Tim), Kathy Prince, Kelly Tillman (Russ); a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, James Lynn Shaw, Larry Van Shaw; and several nieces & nephews.
The graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 12, 2026, at Shady Grove Cemetery (in Liberty Hill Community). Bro. Jim Poss will officiate the service.
