The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reports the bridge on Alabama Highway 243 is now open.
The roadway has been closed for over a year while ALDOT replaced the bridge over Cedar Creek.
Work continues on guard rails at the bridge approaches, so please use caution as crews remain in the area.
